Back in 1899 Ernesto Pavoncelli opened a butcher's shop and meat processing facilities in Pescantina. Just a short step takes us from those meat processing facilities to birth of a real dressed pork factory.Customers and production soon grew, with the help of his children. In just a short time Salumificio Pavoncelli is able to produce all typical local specialties and products.
